A Warsaw based writer and editor specialising in design, art and architecture.

I’ve honed the skill to be able to distil a concept without losing any of its potency. Our world is full of billions of brands, ideas and voices, all of which are trying to shout the loudest. I can cut through the shrill by delivering concise, beautifully constructed texts. It’s a glorious thing to ground compelling yet often enigmatic stories in a sentence.

From website copy to exhibition texts to interviews, articles, essays and artist statements, I’m your one-stop shop for writing and editing. I’ve been helping people express themselves with words since 2015 and my years of experience in the creative industries have meant I’ve worked with countless artists, designers and institutions to clarify projects, theories and practices.

Life So Far:

I’m a writer, editor and curator with over seven years of industry experience. My particular areas of intrigue include the world of design and its position in the webs of folklore, identity and futures. However, I have experience in almost all areas of design, art, technology, architecture and their related disciplines.

I received my MA in Design Curating and Writing from the Design Academy Eindhoven and cut my teeth at the independent publishers and exhibition space Onomatopee Projects, where I worked for three years as an editor and city curator. Onomatopee also invited me to be one of the judges for a design criticism competition.

Currently based in Warsaw, I founded the cultural NGO and research space Ziemniaki i, which promotes art and design from the central and eastern European regions. The foundation’s goals also focus on researching the relevance and perseverance of myth and folklore by placing them in the constellation of contemporary life, digital technologies and creativity.

I’m a contributing writer to publications including DAMN Magazine, Revista-ARTA, The Future of, Dialog, FORMY and CritiCALL!
